- Very kind and helpful staff, especially the lobby manager Ms. Luo (小罗). She is warm and attentive, leaving a wonderful impression on us.
- The rooms that could be connected with one main door in the hallway to become a family room.
- Room on the 19th floor with a great view.
- Great breakfast (all you can eat) and very good dinner (all you can eat).
Had a fantastic stay in Langham haikou, classical and elegant inner deco with soothing background music and nice atmosphere, the room is exceptionally lovable and comfortable , facing botanical garden and unbeatable sea-view , spa is also highly recommended ! Will definitely come back next time . 5 mins walkable distance to the local gourmet street
