Beautiful setting. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely hotel, had basically the whole site to ourselves which was amazing. Didn't try most of the paid activities but facilities look good, besides dinner, which was delicious.

From check in to check out the staff was attentive to every need! We’d booked the wood burning hot tub and they ensured it was the perfect heat, provided robes and timed it to coincide with the end of dinner.
Speaking of dinner: PHENOMENAL!! Our 3 course meal was delicious and it was a great value!
Our room was perfectly placed and we enjoyed the patio area, the hammock and the accessibility to the outdoor spaces.

WOW Factor! just loved the cabin. Luxury big comfortable bed with insane view across the river and mountain. perfect spot to recover from jet lag. The pool area is beautiful. Deck chairs, lounges with views to the mountain and river. there’s a grass area with lounges, hammocks to sit and read. or with a group you can do bbq. fire pits. also a fire pit on our balcony we cooked dinner. The local minimart has fine selection local beef and river fish. we loved our stay. the staff are so helpful and attentive. Fantastic experience ❤️
This rustic cabin is a wonderful getaway from Santiago! The riverside location with rising hills all around felt like we were much more than just 1.5 hours from the city. Josefina was an excellent host, attentive and responsive.
