Very good service. Very cosy/traditional sleeping room, you can see the history of the hotel. Very good breakfast (almost everything made by themselves or locally resourced), and the gourmet menu dinner is something you just have to try yourself!

The dinner and breakfast were really good. The host and employees were very helpful. The location is off the chart, of all the hotels we have stayed at, this is by far the most impressive. Very unique experience that I would recommend to anyone.

I like the bathroom, it looks nicely renovated and quite beautiful. I think the kitchen was pretty good too because it is quite sufficient in terms of what is available. I also see that the host bought nice cutleries and dinner wear which is an effort to make it as nice as possible for guests.

The staff are too friendly and very efficient in providing the best facilities to the clients. They were even ride to provide us a drive when the bus to interlaken got cancelled and we were to miss our paragliding slot. Breakfast is the best. Their Swiss Culinary(we had our dinner there) is just delicious.

We got a free room upgrade and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. The staff recommended us places to go for dinner and activities to do during our stay. We would love to come back in the summer months when the pool and games room is open! The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast had a good spread, with all the essentials and the coffee machine was particularly fantastic! We would love to come back again at some point! :)
