The breakfast is mainly made from local ingredients, it was really special, although not a huge variety.
Being the guest of the hotel grants you a discount for the cable car nearby and for the bath down in the valley, but to be honest its still very expensive, so we skiped that instead, there are many cable cars in the region, and some better worth it.

This is a lovely hotel with a lot of history located in a very pretty location. The hotel is in excellent condition and contains many interesting historical photos and artworks. The staff were excellent and friendly and the breakfast was excellent with many local ingredients. I would happily stay here again. The shared bathroom facilities for our room were very clean.
We enjoyed taking the bus to and from the other villages in the valley and for dinners. The guestcard includes many things such as unlimited bus and cablecar use and the valley's museum.

Very friendly staff who accommodated all requests and who made life very easy. It was also nice that nobody needed to lock any doors in such a remote place where people can trust each other.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The position was ideal for the activities we wanted to do, like riding the gondola and using the pools. The balcony offers an incredible view, where we could spend the entire day. The apartment was roomy with vaulted ceilings and beams, and the kitchen had all the cooking supplies we needed for dinner.
Our experience at the Waldhaus in Leukerbad was amazing. The hotel is situated on a beautiful street, yet very very close to the center and the thermal spas. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, surprising us with an upgrade to a beautiful balcony room. The breakfast was delightful, and we highly recommend having dinner and lunch at their restaurant - the food was amazing and the service so kind and familiar. We are already looking forward to our next visit and cannot recommend the Waldhaus enough to others.

Beautiful modern hotel in an amazing location in the Swiss mountains. An absolutely beautiful location!!! We loved the spa and pool/jacuzzi. We also had an excellent dinner at the hotel with amazing Swiss food. Loved it!
We went for a weekend with my 71 year old mom. We did bath, sauna, dinner and breakfast.
The hotel has been beautifully renovated, the room and bathroom were a very decent size, separate shower and bath tub and bath area was excellent. The dinner was exceptional and the buffet breakfast very generous.
It is a charming little hotel in the center. The owner is super nice and all the staff are smiling and very helpful . It is a perfect hotel for a family with 3 kids. The breakfast was excellent and the kids loved the place. The rooms are simple but super clean. We had dinner twice in the restaurant and the food was delicious with excellent price for 5 persons. I really recommend the place for a few days of vacations. We will come back for sure and it is 5 min walk from the hot tub bath and swimming pools to relax.
