The hotel is located in a quiet area of Iseltwald, with a beautiful view of the lake in front. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped, though there is no elevator. The staff are exceptionally friendly and have a service-oriented attitude that exceeds the usual Swiss standard. The breakfast is excellent, offering a variety of delicious and healthy options. Parking is convenient. Overall, I was very impressed and would love to return again.

The location was good. 4 min walk from Interlaken west station. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The room itself was clean and cozy. The sheets were clean however the pillows probably need changed as are worn and has unpleasant smell. Free access to wifi. A huge trampoline for kids right outside the place was fun for my kids.

Room was a very good size for single traveller, bed was really comfy and had a plug point close by. Sink in room, nice wee view from window. Fab breakfast with lots of options
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Nice cozy hotel with beautiful view and delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast dinning area has a beautiful view of the lake and mountain.
This quaint hotel in picturesque Iseltwald was warm, hospitable, and helpful. The hotel is set on Lake Brienz. We were able to travel by boat from Iseltwald to a wonderful waterfall and famous hotel in Geissbach. The restaurant served an excellent dinner. Their breakfast had a nice variety of choices.
We loved the beautiful rustic lakeside location in the charming Swiss town! The outdoor firepit was a lovely bonus and we used it both nights we were there. It was so quiet and peaceful and a nice change from the busy cities. We were there in December which was gorgeous, but would like to return during a warmer time to take advantage of the kayaks on the lake. (Bunk)beds were comfy with nice linens and the hostel was plenty warm. Also, make sure to check out the cheese vending machine up the road.
I booked into a single room with balcony overlooking the lake - views are superb! One of the staff who checked me in was friendly and helpful - as I arrived late night and haven't had my dinner, he got me a piece of carrot cake. Breakfast spread was good. Love the quiet walks around Iseltwald and simply reading and resting by the lakeside.

-It has an option to eat in the hotel itself, we did our dinner which was excellent although the guy that served was doing agressive upselling repeatedly.
-Bed was good for sleeping & we had a quiet night
- Room has a balcony which give you a view to the lake. Hopelly no smoker as neigbour so you can sit comfortably
-Breakfast was sufficient for regular cold food options
The view from balcony is marvelous, the staff is very helpful, they have innovative way to manage there hostel, just take a walk near by it feels like bliss, very beautiful lake side restaurant outside hostel
The location is perfect!! If you are arriving by public transport the last bus is at 20:00 hrs so be careful to check this before!
Kitchen available so you can prepare your own breakfast or dinner which is nice!!
