everything is there . I was very sick during my stay, but my host drove me to the village and took me to the pharmacy. He interpreted all the languages and took me to the mart. She took care of me with all her heart. Therefore, the accommodation, host, everything is perfect.

Excellent location for access to the Alps. I arrived early on m/c but they were keen to get me in out of the rain. Useful shop just around the corner, I ended up cooking my own evening meal. My apartment was spacious. Clean and comfortable.

We booked the budget rooms which were simple but very clean and cozy - perfect for our needs. The view and public areas were really great, would have been nice to have some time to explore the beautiful area.

The location was fantastic! We had a large terrace overlooking the lake which was beautiful. The lake is extremely beautiful, and the village is peaceful. It is an excellent base for getting around to other places like Lauterbrunnen (waterfalls), Grindelwald, the Schilthorn, etc. There was a good selection of foods to choose from for breakfast and everything was fresh and delicious.
The Alpenblick hotel is situated about 600 metres from the centre of Grindelwald, right at the ski slope and a bus stop, and offers nice rooms and tasty food.

The location was fairly good. I know a lot of people talked about it being up a big hill but that is only a problem when you’ve got huge amounts of luggage and the bus isn’t available, I didn’t have any issue with it. The staff were very friendly and were kind enough to give me my own private part of the room as I was a solo female traveller. The free breakfast was also pretty great.

A quiet country stay which made a good bse to visit Innerlaken and Lucrene without getting involved with a big tourist town. The room was a good size and very comfortable.
A comfortable hotel, ideal for visiting that part of the Bernese Oberland, with a good car park. Only a five minute walk to the railway station and bus stop and, with the free local transport ticket provided (also giving discounts at some local attractions), there was no need to use the car locally. Excellent restaurant in the hotel for dinner, and a good quality breakfast.
