This is one of the most beautiful hotels we've ever stayed at. The vintage-style design creates a charming and timeless atmosphere, and the views over the mountains are amazing. The surrounding area is perfect for (easy) walks and exploring nature. The restaurant is very good, offering dishes made with local products and breakfast with delicious homemade bread. The staff is attentive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back!

Perfect location sat on the side of the Lake. I had a single room which was larger than I expected. Nice shower and delicious breakfast. Peaceful location. Very friendly staff. Only a 10 minute walk from the train/bus station.

This hotel seems to be the hub of Giswil. The restaurant was busy both nights. There's a children's playground, & the cutest chickens running around .

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Modern, clean hotel room with nice mountain view. Dinner and a beer in the restaurant was good. Good location right off of the main road with ample parking.
I had an excellent stay at the hotel with my family. The staff's service was incredible, everyone was super friendly and always had a smile. We traveled with our dog, and they provided excellent treatment for her as well. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, clearly made with local ingredients and great culinary skills. Everything was very clean. The mountain views were beautiful, and the accommodation is well-insulated, so you can't hear the road. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.
It looks like the interior of this place has been recently redone and it's beautiful! Everything is nice and new, with lots of nice little thoughtful details. And the view from the room is beautiful too. We had dinner and breakfast there. The dinner was tasty and the breakfast was nice too but nothing special. The staff were nice and friendly. Considering that for the same money you could get an old shabby room in Meiringen, this place feels like a steal.
