Great location in old town Saillon. Lovely terrace with view of the mountains. Constance was wonderful, made us feel very comfortable and provided a wealth of information. Excellent breakfast. Free parking 3 minute walk away.

The dinner was incredible: beautifully plated meals, delicious, traditional food. Worth the stop. We felt comfortable at the hotel, the room was spacious enough. A great stopover point on our road trip. The spa was a nice bonus even if the hot tub was out of service.

The breakfast was great, not only sweets but savory available! The dinner was excellent in the restaurant, and the bar was comfortable and well stocked.
The owners were extremely welcoming, we ate dinner in the restaurant 2 evenings and the food was delicious. The location was perfect for the hikes we had planned. The room we selected was basic as we were not planning on being in the room for too long other than to sleep and as luck would have it the bed was very comfy.
The spa was simple but nice and the quality of the food at dinner was excellent. The location was good with very nice views and access to trails. It just happen to be on our route and worked out.
