Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Unfortunately, there was a big snowstorm on March 25 and 26, which did not allow us to travel by car from Winnipeg to Thunder Bay. The manager at the hotel decided NOT to refund us any money for this natural danger that occurred. We will definitely seek other accommodations the next time we travel to Thunder Bay.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. I asked for a recommendation for somewhere to eat dinner. He gave me a few different places I chose one it was fantastic. The place was clean and quiet. I wanted to get an early start so it was great that breakfast service started at 6:30.
