Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Liz does an excellent job of preparing a wonderful breakfast for the quests. Sean is a wonderful host and both Liz and Sean shared things to go see and do as well as what places to check out for dinner. The accommodations were very clean and comfy.
We had a wonderful stay. Hotel is located in the middle of PEI, each day we started with a wonderful breakfast then headed out in a different direction. Loved PEI and Loyalist Country Inn.
This is such a beautiful guest house. Everything is so new and modern and extremely clean. The beds were super comfortable and all the facilities were just great. The host David was always available to help when needed and he went above and beyond what would normally be expected to make our stay pleasant and restful. Sunflower was easy to get to and a great location from which to explore the surrounding area.. We would definitely stay here again.
The inn requires refurbishing. No extractor fans in the Bathroom.
Landscaping is now very inferior compared to the past. Weed-infested gardens at the entrance. Not very inviting.
The towels in the bathroom are very thin and worn.
Money needs to be spent to justify the room rate.
Great breakfast options, but some things were not keeping warm (eggs, french toast) though they tried.
Close to waterfront. We walked to Restaurant for dinner.
