The Auberge is a little run down but comfortable. If a client is looking for modern it is not modern. It is clean. The rooms are composed of items found to be adequate and the setup is practical and comfortable. If you do not mind this, then it will be good for you. It is quiet and the view is beautiful despite there is no pool and no access to the lake. The breakfast was in a basket in the room and coffee was very good. Simple but good breakfast food. The balcony was great, private and quaint. The dinner was excellent. Very good food,
The inn and the pavilion were beautifully rustic and quaint. The dining area has an indoor facility, or you can sit in the large wrap around veranda. We ate on the screened in veranda and it was very enjoyable. The food and service were excellent.
Dinner was fabulous. Great food and great service. We ate there before and will come back again. The new modern shower and whirlpool bath are great, but the rest of the room is so-so, although it was very clean. Fireplace is a nice feature.
