Basement apartment with separate entrance for privacy. The owner paid incredible attention to details, ensuring maximum comfort and convenience for renters. The place was nicely decorated and furnished. It was exceptionally comfortable, feeling truly like a home away from home. Mike is very responsive to questions and has been most pleasant to deal with before and during our stay. The location is in downtown Kitchener, so it is very convenient to get to dinner locations, and to get any supply you need.
breakfast was very good, we went down to the breakfast room for coffee because we could not work the machine in the room. We were pleased with the cleanses and size of the room. First time using Quality Inn and we be looking for it on are travels in the future
extremely clean room, all that was needed for a stay. hot breakfast in the am included: waffle makers and batter, chicken tenders, eggs, bagels, bread, cream cheese, apple juice orange juice coffee tea, milk, yogurt I was very impressed with the facility all around. ac unit was quiet not like most that sounds like a hemi is strapped to the wall. polite and friendly staff, can’t say anything bad about the quality inn!. would recommend and stay there again any time. 👍👍
My wife and i had dinner at Aqua Lounge. Merideth was great. Very friendly and accommodating and made our dinner experience very enjoyable. Thank you again, Merideth.
Location was good. Disappointed in bathroom amenities. No cup or body cream in bathroom.
Keys did not work after we went out for dinner. That was annoying. Cleaning staff tried to enter at 10 am and woke us up. Beds were amazing and room was super clean.
Overall breakfast was good and quick. Good variety and selection of food. Eggs were on the "cool" side as was the bacon but rest was good. All staff were extremely friendly and greeted us every time. Especially the lady serving in the restaurant on Wednesday evening when our family visited us and we had dinner there. That meal was really good. We booked there because of location to family and the pool. The pool seemed to be clean and well maintained. We enjoyed that part of the stay a lot.
The bed and breakfast, Staff in the dinning room were great. Our server at breakfast was over the top good, with the biggest smile I've ever seen...
