The area was so beautiful, full of trees, and near the lake. The soaker tub was a romantic touch to our beautiful surroundings. The rustic wood characteristics reminded me of Switzerland.

There was no breakfast included. I ordered dinner and it was great. Nice to have it delivered to my room.

Nothing. Absolutely horrible. In fact, I would like booking.com or the Timberland Inn to reimburse me.

The inn is right on HWY 17 which is less than 10 mins away from Kenora. The scenery is pretty. There is a cute fountain & seating area with a fire pit and BBQ behind the building. There is a beach nearby with a play structure. Staff are friendly. Room was cozy and it was a bonus having our own entrance. It was also quiet. The towels in the bathroom smelled like bleach which means they’re clean.

Large room in quiet location facing the lake + free parking close to room. On site Chinese restaurant offers take-out dinners (no dining-in due to COVID).
