Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Everything about this place was phenomenal. The host was exceptional and very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely stunning. And the inn and yars were done beautifully.
It’s the little things that really add to your experience.
The rooms were exceptionally clean and well laid out.
There are no restaurants in Coal harbour so Meschel heated up our dinner. We we’re also given a delicious appetiser and a dessert to top it off. The breakfast was outstanding. The quality of the food was amazing.
The view from the balcony was beautiful. We took the kayak out for a couple of hours which was very enjoyable.
I thoroughly recommend staying here.
Outstanding and special
The Inn on Stephens Bay is just fantastic…. The spectacular views, quality of the facilities and outstanding food made our visit incredibly special
We were warmly welcomed , delicious crab provided for supper and every need thought about by our excellent hosts in advance . Rooms are spacious, well appointed and everything you could need provided
We took advantage of the BBQ on the deck, seating by the bay and the kayaks.
We felt ‘ so at home’ and loved this corner of Vancouver Island .
Exceptional hospitality at the Inn. Stephen and Michelle are delightful and run the guest house to the highest standards. They could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was exceptional as others have written and the Inn has every comfort. We took out a double kayak for a paddle down the bay which was so peaceful and saw seals and nesting eagles.
The location was incredible
The scenic beauty of the view from the balcony was unmatched. Have never ever seen something this picturesque. Michelle was quite sweet and even sent us a nice plate of crab when we were not able to go into town (30 mts drive) for dinner. Breakfast was 👌
The Inn on Stephens Bay was exceptional. Michelle and Stephen were wonderful hosts. The view and surrounds are unbelievable and we couldn’t have asked for more. Michelle was understanding of our early start and did everything possible to make our stay memorable… and it was.
Michelle was very kind and courteous. She and her husband (who cooks a perfekt breakfast with their own fished seafood) have one of the best Inns I ever stayed in. Thank you!
The breakfast was absolutely outstanding.
Our room was very comfortable, with a fantastic ocean view. We enjoyed a relaxing soak in the soaker tub after a goods days hike.. we highly recommend the Inn on Staphans Bay..
This beautiful bed and breakfast Inn was a little slice of heaven. The breakfast was to die for, and the seafood was freshly caught! The view from our balcony was spectacular and we even saw the most beautiful rainbow on our first night. Michelle our host was so lovely and welcoming. My friend and I were there to check out San Josef Bay and it was the perfect spot to stay. I will definitely be back!! Thank you again :)
