Room was spotless and so cozy with a great mountain view. We were met with lovely staff and the Inn itself has a warm, inviting feel to it. 24 hour coffee and tea service was a great touch, and the breakfast was delicious. I will definitely be staying again!

I didn’t like anything about this property because the picture on Booking.com for 1 bedroom suite was totally different than what I ended up staying at.

Check-in was easy with friendly Hannah there to explain everything. I appreciated the organic pour over coffee and fresh cream in the morning and the comfortable sitting/dining area. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and welcoming, bathroom was well appointed - everything was very clean. Location was excellent - walking distance to downtown and in a very nice neighborhood. Appreciated the free parking behind the building. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
The hotel was very clean and staff was attentive. The decor was nice and matched the star rating. They had a fun photo booth for the kids. While I dont normally think about the bathroom toiletries, the brand they used was great.
The Rhythm and Howl restaurant was fantastic and had some unique offerings for HH and dinner. Definitely worth trying!
Late check in was easy and the Inn was like a home from home - we loved the slippers ! Our room was nicely decorated and comfortable. Although situated close to a main road it was quiet throughout the Inn. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - lending us towels so we could use the excellent local swimming pool. Car parking is good right next to the Inn and breakfasts were excellent, imaginative and freshly cooked to order. Highly recommended and a great start to our Canadian adventure.
The property is located in Banff and the room we had included 2 queen beds, with a small sitting room. The sitting room included its own TV, with tea/coffee making facilities, a small sofa, table, fridge/freezer and a microwave. We were travelling with another family so were able to hang out together and have dinner together.
There is free wifi which we didn't use. The AC in the room worked fine. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The apartment had a lovely balcony aspect. It was big enough to house dinning table and chairs. The kitchen dinner was large too and had plenty of cupboard space.
The host provided a lot of extras like shampoo and body wash, along with washing powder and dishwater tablets. This was really helpful.
The staff were amazing, Emma on the desk was so friendly and helpful. The Inn was beautiful and full of character, also so clean and with great facilities. We arrived when it was particularly hot and Abbi who had cleaned our room had left the air conditioning unit on which was an absolute saving grace when we walked into our room! :D The location was great too and they do provide parking. Thank you for having us, we'll definitely be back!
The hosts were fabulous. Friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the location spectacular. The inn was very clean and comfortable. I will be recommending Ambleside to friends who will be visiting Banff National Park.
The Georgetown is a beautiful historic Inn with many little special details. The rooms are cozy, the elevator is charming and the in-house pub offers a lovely atmosphere and good food. There was a good variety of tea in the room and even a delicious welcome cookie.
