Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.

I think the location was perfect, Walmart, Winners and Shoppers are at walking distance. The train station was also nearby. The room was spacious and clean, air conditioning was super cool.

They were friendly and helpful. The night manager Marichu at check in convinced me to extend another night with Service Plus Inn, and I did.

Very comfortable. Breakfast great. Upper suite with view preferable, and bright. Staff very welcoming, cheerful and competent. Only ate dinner at the hotel once; it was excellent, with heated plate that kept dinner really warm throughout the meal. Great service.

The rooms where very comfortable. I asked for a top floor end of the hall and I actually got it. I have PTSD from my time overseas with the Canadian military and it makes it difficult to sleep. I jave been a Hampton Inns fan for the last decade but my last three stays they ignored my requests. The quality of the room, the imcorporation of my requests and the staff made it perfect.

No need for physical keys, as you only need the code for the door. It is a walking distance to Mcdonalds for breakfast and a korean buffet for lunch/dinner. Everything went flawless. Owner will not bother checking on you. It got wifi, tv, microwave, fridge, water heater and even washing machine. 1 hour travel to banff/canmore and 4 hours to jasper.

We really enjoyed our stay at Service Plus Inns and Suites. A special thank to Kathryna at the front desk, she's been really accommodating : she offered us another room so that our cat could stay with us, we were able to check out 1 hour later and she was really empathetic and attentive when I was waiting in the lobby. Exactly the kind of human being you would always want to deal with.

Location was near but not in the middle of Calgary, less traffic and close to good places for breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc. Very quiet even with the ongoing construction, right next to a large pond, very nice to pull up a chair and sip a coffee on the edge of the pond in the morning. Not a far drive from the airport either, very easy to navigate to.
