Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Continental breakfast was quite good, better than other places we have stayed.
When checking in, they told us that there were very few places in town for dinner, due to staff shortages (this was in June 2022). It turned out the only place available was the Grizzly takeout right next door, which was adequate. As the hotel manager commented, the town need two or three more cooks.
2nd stay here as it is right on our route, easily accessible. Beds are so comfortable, they must have gel infused toppers. Dinner both times was excellent as was breakfast this time. We know where to stay when travelling from Chilliwack to Edmonton to visit family.
