The spa itself was amazing and plenty of towels. It was also in an ideal spot for the local area

The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. The gardens in the back of the building are beautiful! The artwork throughout the facility was a great touch! Our room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable! The included breakfast was delicious, dinners served as well. The Location was perfect! The scenery on the short 5 minute drive into Baie-Saint Paul was spectacular! 😊
The hostess was truly lovely, helpful and friendly. Our room was large, contained nice decorative touches, and looked out over the back gardens with sculptures. Breakfast was great! I had delicious French toast. I usually don't buy in gift shops attached to inns but this one was an exception. Its dried fruit, dried with a special process, was so amazing that both my husband and I decided to buy several types.
While the rooms were small, they were exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed having a place to sit outside right by our rooms. The owner was very welcoming and provided us with an excellent recommendation for dinner. Highly recommended.
Very clean slightly quirky property , originally a farm and now ultra modern design but with highland cattle to remind you of its beginnings! Very good food and spa. Nice walks including in to town. The Charlevoix region train stops right outside in high season so you can explore along the river. Wish we had booked for longer.
We’ve stayed several times now at La Pignoronde and each time it is a delight! Great location, amazing views and well equipped kitchen for a family make it a total winning combination.
The motel itself is very conveniently located on route 138 between the massif and Malbaie, and right across the road from the park where St Jean festivities were held, so all we had to do to watch the fireworks for the occasion was to step outside the door to get the front seat, which was nice. Minutes away from central part of Baie St Paul (rue st Jean Baptiste) with its innumerable art shops and a pretty good selection of places to eat. The staff was very welcoming and the room spotlessly clean.
The loft was great for our family. We snowshoed at Parc Les Grand Jardins and at Massif, each just a short drive away. We walked onto town for dinner and down to the pier to look at the frozen St. Lawrence. We cooked and relaxed in the apt. Great week! Would definitely come again.
The hotel first class for the price. Dinner and breakfast were not included in the price but very good value,as was the wine selection.
Just a pity I forgot to pack our swimming gear for the spa which looked really good
