The Iona Heights Inn, hotel in Baddeck

Located in Iona, 1.4 miles from Iona Port Beach, The Iona Heights Inn has accommodations with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness center and a garden.

Have everything you need. Location is great with beautiful views. The room could have more lighting, improvements added to television since our last visit. Beds are comfy. Best addition is the alarm clock that has many settings for background music ( rain and thunder sound etc) helps when you might share the room with friends who snore lol. Onsite pub serves great food and they have convenience store on site.

Breakfast is a good buffet including yogurt and fruit as well as numerous baked goods and cereal. The Inn is nicely renovated and decorated and the setting on the water is very nice. There is a deck out back and chairs right on the water which would be lovely if it wasn't raining.

The charming B&B was off the main road, higher up and quite remote, so it was very peaceful and relaxing with beautiful views all around from the outdoor dining area. We had dinner at the restaurant, which was exceptional, all locally sourced, and the breakfast included with our stay was beyond our expectations! The owners are quite friendly and delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If we come back to this area, we would definitely book here again for a longer stay!
