The staff was extremely helpful and responsive in suggesting activities, making dinner reservations and arranging taxis. We loved borrowing their kayak and paddling around the island! The room was clean and had a full kitchen and tons of storage space.

Great breakfast, friendly staff who spoke perfect English (Stephany was awesome), the room had a nice fridge and a number of other amenities like a safe in the room, a counter to work on, silverware as well & as a coffee maker with a bell jar of coffee free of charge even though coffee was always served at breakfast as well. Their inner courtyard was like a sanctuary and the patios up above were great places to get out in the breeze & take in see some views or just read a book.

It was just 2 minutes from the split, the tarpon feeding was right behind, market 1 minute away and Eco Tours (which almost everyone books for snorkeling) was right in front of the hotel. Overall the location was fantastic. It also had 2 hammocks, a picnic table & lounge chairs right by the entrance which was a nice relaxing spot after the beach or before dinner. The cleaning lady was nice & always cleaned the bathrooms right in the AM & did our rooms.

Sea n Sun Guest House is a beautiful property, complete with colorful guest houses, a shaded patio, bikes and kayaks that you can use to go out and explore, and much more. It also has hammocks if you want to kick your feet up for a bit. Cecilio was super friendly and accommodating - he went out of his way to make sure that his guests were comfortable and safe. The location is ideal, as it offers great views and proximity to popular spots and restaurants. I will be back!

I was really pleasantly surprised by the Blue Wave Guest House. It had a really sweet, homey feel to it. The internal courtyard is quite cute and there’s an outdoor kitchen which came in handy. The place is older but it feels well taken care of and because of the courtyard and outdoor kitchen we met lots of other guests. This is a cute, chill, well cared for place to stay. I loved it.

Our king bed was so comfy (this was a highlight, we slept so well), the AC was great and the room was spacious and cleaned everyday. The shower was hot. The cleaning staff were friendly. The kitchenette was good, there was a toaster, kettle and microwave, but nothing for prepping food. There is however free water, tea and coffee which was nice. The location is excellent too and the shop downstairs was practical. Auntie's takeout is just across the road and the best food on the island for an easy takeaway dinner (chicken chow mein 😙🤌🏼)

Everything met or exceeded our expectations right from the moment we were picked up at the water taxi by the owner Francis we felt very welcome. It was so nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the center yet close enough that a quick bike ride on the complementary bikes or a nice short walk and you could find some tasty treats at the bakery or delicious fresh fruit or juice. An evening dinner was a short enjoyable walk away.
