I rested well in this hotel: it was quiet, close to the city center (by uber & bus). Metro is within 15 minutes walk. The area is safe. Some people in reception spoke English, but communication has never been a problem - everyone tried their best. I loved the breakfast, free tea, coffee, and cakes. I was always extremely happy to come back and just rest.

The staff are what makes all the difference at this Pousada. I do think though that there should be someone at reception during night time.

I was given a larger room than the one I booked for the same price. There was plenty of areas to relax and the breakfast was amazing with a range of delicious food & drink buffet style. The hosts went out of their way to be helpful eg helping me with my luggage when my taxi arrived much earlier than expected.

the staff were very helpful and friendly. Always available to offer help and went an extra mile to make sure i am comfortable.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Location and near the airport. We arrived on a Saturday night and left on a Sunday so there was no traffic and the shuttle was quick and efficient around 15 minutes. We didn’t know there is a 24h room service otherwise we’d have ordered dinner. Fair price and a nice variety.
Transfer from/to Guarulhos Airport and they sent all the information before arrival. Breakfast is good and starts super early (around 4:30am) so if in a connection it can be helpful. Also, they have a dinner option
The hotel lobby and restaurant were very aesthetic which made the stay more comfortable. I really enjoyed the dinner buffet which had such a variety of food options. The breakfast buffet was also quite impressive.
The buffet at the restaurant has a nice selection of dishes, be it for dinner or for breakfast. No "a la carte" options. The hotel is very clean and cozy, the big garden and pool give it a nice feeling of space and green around. Very convenient complimentary shuttle service to the airport.
