Fantastic place to stay in Barreirinhas. Really top class service, food, accommodation, facilities and more. It’s a large complex, very well designed, with so much to do. We only left the premises once to go for dinner in the town, otherwise everything was readily available. Beautiful wide-ranging breakfast, great food overall, 3 swimming pools, a kids play area, sauna, massage, kayaking, easy access to excellent tours, friendly staff and a lovely clientele. A hammock outside each room was a very nice touch. Highly, highly recommended.
This is a small family-run guest house. After making the reservation, I inquired about something I want to know and got a clear answer. that's why I did not worried about my stay.
The rooms is just little old , but it was very well cleaned. Simone, the landlord, really cares about me, a foreigner from far away, and is very heartfelt. Of course the breakfast is delicious with local specialties. In addition, it is very convenient because you can walk from the bus terminal without feeling dangerous and it is located in the city center.
I thought the staff was great, very attentive and helpful, the place is beautiful, the back of the inn is directly on the Preguiças river, breakfast is also very tasty with typical foods from the region. really recommend

Very central location - just a 5 minutes walk to the river front. Grocery stores and the market just around the corner.
We liked the swimming pool to cool down between our tours. The dinner restaurant seemed to be above the local average. At least one of the staff members spoke good English and helped us to organise our transfer to Sao Luis.
