Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Casa De Sal was in a wonderful location the staff was super friendly and willing to help with anything and everything. They set up airport transfer for the following day and were on time and friendly. At the hotel I had dinner after a long day on the flats and it was delicious and warm food after being very cold. The rooms have heat and warm water and were huge!
The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the water was hot. The first night, we had an issue with the heat and the staff took care of it quickly. The restaurant associated with the restaurant was good. There was a good selection for the included breakfast. The dinner options were varied and delicious.
Well located, less than 10min from the Airport. The staff are great and have excellent English. The room was very clean and the restaurant is excellent for breakfast and dinner. Arranging a Salt Flat tour is easy as Hidalgo Tours are the same company. I would stay again.
Relatively new hotel located near town. Rooms are big and clean. Flexible in dinner arrangement - we can pre order room service at 10pm after getting back from sunset tour.
Overall we really enjoyed this hotel, the staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean with a very nice bathroom/shower. They had complimentary coffee/tea all night in the cozy breakfast area and breakfast was nice. They also offer a way to get food delivered so you don't have to go back into town for dinner which was nice because it is a little far, about a 20 minute walk from more central Uyuni. I would definitely stay here again!
The facilities. Food. Staff is incredibly helpful ,the pool and jacuzzi. The massages very relaxing and affordable. Easeness of transport even of the distance from the airport and the main town of uyuni. NO TV's IN ROOMS. To me that was a winning point.
We loved our stay here, it was so cosy and relaxing after a salt flats tour. All restaurants were closed during our stay due to the Bolivian census and hosts cooked us breakfast, lunch and dinner which were all delicious! Lovely hot shower and comfy beds with warm blankets.
The location was good and the looks and feels of the hotel was homey and very rustic, which we loved. Some of the staff was friendly, but the younger crowd was not. The rooms itself was big, and comfortable for a family of four. The breakfast was decent and had a few options to choose from.
