Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast and lobby common rooms. Dinner + lunch were delicious. Pay a bit more for the two floor suite - two balconies, two bathrooms and almost 1000 square feet.
Everything was shinning clean. Facilities are confortable. Great host ! Super friendly and helpful !! Highly recommended despite the “not ideal” location
Very nice stylish hotel located only a few minutes walk from the main Plaza in the inner City of Santa Cruz. Spacious, clean rooms, spacious bathroom. Very good breakfast with fresh fruits, yoghut, eggs, dark bread and very good coffee.

There is a restaurant on the ground floor and you can hear music and people talking until about 10:30 p.m. we didn''t feel disturbed but maybe it is good to know.

- Away from the noise and bustle of the innermost city center, but still within walking distance of attractions/restaurants, etc.
Dinner was excellent. Breakfast was excellent and offered a diversity of choices. The waiter offered me an omelette. The location close to the airport was just what I needed. I appreciated
the shuttle back to the airport. The receptionist allowed me to borrow an adapter for my phone charger. Very good price for the night’s stay. Thank you all!
Location near the airport was excellent. Had a nice big room and bathroom with balcony. Garden is comfortable. Property super secure, gated with guard. Gustavo is great. He wants to make sure everyone is comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Airport rides by Gustavo for extra fee are super convenient to avoid taxi calls.
