The inn is centrally located in Gadong and is about a 15-minute walk to the night food market and only a 3-minute walk to the bus stop where I caught the bus to the city centre. My room was clean and bright.
Yani is one of the kindest humans I have ever met and would return just to see her at this amazing homestay! It was far out of town but if you are diving with the dive shop it is very close by and to get to town Yani organized drivers for the guests. The first night was raining so much and she brought me dinner from the great restaurant nearby.
The location is very good, right at the central of town. Walking along the river side and very relaxing. The breakfast is ordinary. The dinner buffet is excellent with many choices.
I appreciate the helpfulness of the staff (Iman, Noor). They're always cleaning the place. Very friendly to talk to. They respond to my queries before I arrived. Very helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They help me to communicate with local tour Freme and even help me to make dinner reservation with a local restaurant.
Very good price & quality value because the general price for staying in Bandar is much higher. Friendly staff. Location of the guest house was good and quiet; also with several restaurants nearby. Free water refill available; also for coffee and tea.
Very comfortable rooms and great location. 5 minute walk to mall/restaurants/mosque/museums etc. Two connecting rooms were great for family of 4. Staff was great, especially Naj who remembered our food/drink favorites. Breakfast buffet was great with so many options. Two restaurants open for dinner. There was also a free shuttle service to/from the hotel to the mall/waterfront area several times a day. Nice pool too.
the room is clean, got small refrigerator also. the air conditioning functioning well. got restaurant that operates for dinner if i'm not mistaken. Not too far from Bandar Sri Begawan, about 5km. Value for money
