booking was for the West Palace Hotel, but after reaching there, we were told that hotel is completely booked, and we were given to stay at the West Inn. The West Inn hotel was very poor. Staff was not at all good, especially the guy at the reception with glasses during day shift. He was very rude to my wife and myself. room alloted to us was very bad, we had paid for deluxe double room at west palace hotel, but we were lowest room at west inn. Bathroom was semlling very bad.
There time of cleaning room is fixed they dont do other than that , they charged for water bottle if called for extra, check inn timmings and check out are fixed with no flexibility.
My stay at Garden Inn Nizami was fantastic! The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to reach many tourist attractions. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, promptly meeting all our needs. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with its variety and taste. Additionally, the hotel’s amenities and services were very satisfying. I would definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend it to everyone!
From the beginning I would like to thank the hotel staff for such a warm and family-like attitude towards us. The staff at the reception desk is loving and helpful. DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS THAT THIS IS A SCAM OR SOMETHING ELSE. Because of these reviews, we were afraid to move in there. But what we saw was at the level of a five-star luxury hotel. As we were told later, these are fake reviews from competitors.
Castello Inn is all about the location. In midst of Old Town...we walked to everything worth seeing. But this hotel is a definite get what you pay for kind of place.
Very rich breakfast and kind staff , even Ulker the receptionist was the first person who I mate and gave really An amazing first impression and complimentary breakfast , good variety of restaurant I even tried the white city for dinner , highly recommended
Wonderful hotel in beautiful Old Town! Super friendly staff, great large rooms, very clean. Amazing roof top terrace with restaurant that serves breakfast , lunch and dinner. Food is amazing and the view stunning. They have s great business work area as well. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.
