Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Breakfast not provided but we knew that - not a problem. The accommodation provided by
Jess and Jeff was outstanding, with a view over the quirky garden - very interesting !! We had done
a little research as to what we should go and see and Jess was an expert in making ideas for some
additional places to go - these were great, right down to The Upstairs Restaurant for dinner!
Everything - we stayed in the penthouse apartment that was so spacious and well equipped . Very close to town and special touches like afternoon tea , chocolate and port for after dinner
Very relaxing and home from home cosy . Being able to get back and help yourself to port, cake, tea whatever . Staff v helpful , felt more in a guest house than hotel. All good . Just out of town hub so good too
Dinner at the restaurant was amazing. The BEST calamari we've ever eaten, and there were five of us. Restaurant staff were very welcoming, very efficient, and a delight. They added to the experience.
The room was extremely spacious and well set out.
The pool was well needed on a hot day and the view of kangaroos bouncing around was nice to see!
The Buddha Bites on site was convenient for dinner.
Convenient location. Could walk to dinner options. Close to pelican feeding. Pleasant view over lagoon. Grassed area for walks just across the road. Even saw kangaroos at night.
Spacious room, nice and clean, friendly owners and staff. Good location just back from the beach. Everything within walking distance of restaurants and shops and pubs. If you like a firm mattress you're on a winner! if like me you like a softer one you may find it troublesome to sleep.
