Beautiful views! Very nice EVERYTHING ! Maria is outstanding…so personable…so kind…she just greats and takes care of each guest like a friend! The food was excellent….especially the breakfast. It was outstanding ! Fresh bread baked by her husband, eggs as you wanted them cooked…lots and lots of wonderful food.

The room was spacious, well-furnished, very clear in concept. The bed was comfortable, had a great night sleep. Everything was fresh and clean, we found the place be really superb value for price.
Before our travel, I was concerned a bit about possible noise from the highway (based of previous users' comments), but it was nothing dramatic.
The lady at the reception was very friendly, even quite into the evening as we arrived (ca. 20:30).
If I have the chance to re-visit this wonderful region, I am sure to book a stay here again!

The guesthouse is in a remote hamlet with beautiful views. Sadly we were only there for a short time so we did not have time to explore the area but would love to come back. The owner was very welcoming and showed us her animals and barn and machinery. This place is perfect for people who enjoy nature and living off the land.

We really liked the location that was very close to the ski lift and in a very quiet area near forest. The room was very well equipped with everything you need. We really appreciated the hosts welcoming approach, showing us around in the beginning and providing all the important info. We had a lovely stay here and recommend it further.
Really nice place for stay with family for skiing. Everything was perfect and well equipped apartment. Billa was 3min from apartment center additional 2min walk in the city 2 lift for skinny during winter free aquapark in Wagrain.
