It’s a small family-run hotel in the Alps and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has a warm and comfy vibe, and everything was super clean. The staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home. I would like to specially thank Barbara, who was incredibly kind and made a delicious dinner for me and my kids when we got there late at night and kitchen wasn’t already working. It made us feel so happy and thankful.
The breakfast was authentic with local products and very delicious.

Beautiful bathroom, rather soft bed is much better than the usual "cardboard" mattresses, nice staff, several tasty items (eggs, bread and salami etc) for breakfast, the hotel is exactly how it looks in the pictures.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
We were travelling through Austria and needed a room for a night. Great place with very friendly and welcoming owners. The rooms were spacious and the bed big and comfy. Also don't miss out on the dinner in their restaurant. Highly recommended!

Der Thomataler Wirt is a charming place located in the small Austrian village of Thomatal. Everything was charming and authentic, the breakfast is excellent, the rooms are large, clean and warm. There is a possibility of dinner as well. Large parking area in proximity. The staff are very friendly. I would definitely come back again.
Pension Kempenbruck is located in Thomatal, it is only 8 minutes with car from pension to ski resort St. Margarethen (Aineck line).
PARKING: In front of pension is free parking.
Pension is really typical Austrian Gasthof and is very spacy, with great dining room, nice bar and very friendly owners.
Not to forget their great small dog Bella.
Everything was perfect so we will come again :).
