I booked late in the day and they still managed to get me a room. This is a no-nonsense, Hostelstyle place but everything was functional and the location is great close to the highway (not in hearing distance). Very friendly and helpful staff, all very functional for an overnight stay towards slowenia. Very satisfied and great value for money

The location is ideal for Alpe-Adria Radweg cyclist. The owners are extremely kind and nice and willing to help with information and everything. The food was excellent. Breakfast was amazingly rich and the choice of different types of food - mostly made by owners from the locally produced ingredients and is eco-fiendly. The location is excellent, the centre of Gmünd is just on the other side of the road. The owner lady was super nice and helpful, and prepared extraordinary breakfast for us. The Dessert (at Dinner), the Wellness area, the bed is comfy, Nespresso machine in the room. The biggest plus is the File in the room, that has comprehensive information you can browse to see all the Sightseeing in that area.

Amazing breakfast buffet with many homemade preserves and spreads. I highly recommend the raspberry and chocolate! The hotel was really nicely done, and comfortable. Once you get used to the automated check in, it went pretty well. Very bike friendly too. And as an American I was skeptical of the mexican food for dinner, but it was really good and as hotel guests we got a great discount too! Highly recommend this place.

Great location - on the way! I loved the modern design of the rooms, they are innovative and very practical - they are not large in size, though. Staff was very friendly, even though we came in very late. The best thing was THE FANTASTIC BUFFET BREAKFAST, much more elaborate than you would expect in a place along the highway. Quality if this accommodation exceeds price! Will use it again for sure!

They thought of everything, drinks in the fridge, things in the bathroom and even an emergency dinner package. Also the beds were very comfortable.
