The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kettle and fridge were useful. It had hot water continuously and it was warm. I would come back. The manager was very helpful.

Everything, very nice hotel, clean, the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Discussion with Tigran and Karina is priceless. During the stay you must ask for: 1. Breakfast and lunch: the food is extremely delicious. 2. City tours, very nice places you could visit. Overall, You go to MaRu House as guest and leave as a family member. We must visit it again! A beautiful oasis of comfort and warmth in the Sevan Lake. Comfortable spacious rooms, accompanied by incredible food wether it’s in their breakfast or evening dinner options. Trying their homemade wine is a must.
The resort is at very good location, just 5!min from the monastery, and it is 1 min walk to the lake. The apartment is in good size and the kitchen facility so good. Every room has a set of chairs and table in the front of the apartment in the shared garden, very relaxing. The staff is very polite. Don’t miss to have a meal at the restaurant, the food is the very tasty, and with good environment. We enjoyed our stay in Garden Inn resort.
