The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, aircond and water heater are working really well. There is a bidet too!
Location was walking distance to everywhere. I like that its just next to a cafe where it opens early at 8 am until 9pm with reasonable price (my fav place to go, even after a long walk back, i still chose to stop for a coffee there). Currency exchange and grocery store are all within 50-100meters. Its across the road to the tour agency office (hyur).
If you need a ride (yandex), the location is well located, i have no trouble getting a ride. The airport transfer are dependable.
Staff are all helpful, warm and attentive (as i asked lots of questions and made lots of requests, but they are always helpful) . I like that the hotel has a hardcopy map of yerevan. Really useful for a solo walking leisure.

this hotel is like a house with a beautiful garden with swimming pool, we stayed one night and also had dinner. the rooms are simple but comfortable, it is a very welcoming and hospitable family management. they have excellent apricot brandy!

Wow, this place is awesome with the nicest people in all of Armenia. Location 5 minutes away from Garni Temple, clean and fantastic garden. The family made us a lovely dinner and the breakfast was also good. Would definitely stay here again.
The hosts are open, friendly, and care about guests' needs. Among other things, I liked the inner garden and the opportunity to eat outside. Once I'm in Garni again, I'll stay in the same place.
