Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Absolute stunning hotel - everything was perfect from the size & cleanliness of the room (gunpowder suite) to the friendliness of the staff. We loved waking up overlooking the harbour & many hours relaxing by the pool. If you are thinking of staying at the Admiral's Inn don't hesitate you won't be disappointed.
Getting to stay in a hotel in a UNESCO World Heritage site was an amazing experience! The hotel was built in the 1700s as a copper and lumber storage and working area. The building has been beautifully renovated. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food at the special Friday night dinner buffet was delicious. We could not recommend the Copper and Lumber hotel more highly!
The location is excellent, right in the historic Nelson’s dockyards and very close to lots of restaurants. The hotel itself is rustic and full of charm, and the staff extremely welcoming and friendly.
ideal for access to the harbour , literally 1 min walk to the front and Atlantic challenge rowers coming in , beautiful views across the bay from both sides , understated and has a small boutique feel on Admirals inn side
Beautiful historic building in idyllic setting within English Harbour and a short walk to Falmouth. The staff were all lovely (which was also our experience everywhere we went) and the ambiance was beautifully laid back and relaxing. This was our first trip to Antigua and we would go back to Admiral’s Inn in a heartbeat.
Be aware - its one hell of a hill to get to your room, but worth it for the view over the harbour.
The yacht club restaurants are excellent... sushi for dinner upstairs and a full English for breakfast downstairs.
Gorgeous historic Inn with lots of character features and a lovely ambiance. Magnificent location within the World Heritage Site of Nelson's Dockyard. Charming staff.
