1. Mr Mohammed was such a terrible person. He has no place in hospitality. When he was contacted, he never showed up. I never saw him. Nobody was there to take me to the apartment
2. The bed space is so dirty, and it required climbing to get there. There was such a dirty towel on the bed. The place stinks.
3. I was not able to stay. Mr Mohammed was contacted, he told me to request for refund and i did. I left the apartment within 10mins . I am not refunded yet.
Overall, this space should not have passed the

Nothing to be liked at such a filthy place. They are thieves. What is shown on the advertisement is not what is at the property. Very unhygienic. Its a reap off. I doubt if they pay taxes to the government. I will never in my life ever again book with them.

Highly recommended hotel. The staff is really kind and professional, always with a smile willing to help you. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and there is a variety for every taste. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The pool facility is exceptional and exactly what is needed in hot days.
Overall the stay was perfect , We got upgraded to the apartments…Family friendly hotel , Everything was beyond expectations….Hope to be back soon!
A very special thanks to the front desk ( Raza and winnie) !
The room, the beds are comfy, food was great (breakfast and dinner), the pool, the location and its parking availability,
The reception area is so nice.
Close to airport, we arrived late but still couldn't enjoy dinner. Easy access to shuttle to terminal 1 and terminal 3. Nice overnight stay to catch a flight next day.
This is definitely a great value for money. We had a king room with sea view at half board. Staff do their best to make you satisfied and happy. The beach and pool are a walking distance from the hotel. There is another adult pool and gym at the roof top. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. We parked our car ourselves, but they also provide valet parking. We highly recommend this hotel if you are in Dubai.
The size of the room with a good view. the Staff & Life Guards are very friendly and keen to help. Good Breakfast Buffet, choice of 3 Excellent Restaurants for Dinner
Great food! This was my second time and I booked half-pension. But the dinners were insane. Yes, it's buffet, however the sushi.... legendary! My best compliments go to the cooks and staff, they did very well and were all very helpful. The hotel is almost 20 years old, it's still very clean. Although it could do an upgrade in interior, but that will increase pricing as well. Now the price for the quality was just very competitive. Appreciate the stay.
