Walnut Cottage is a self catering unit. It is located in Clarens and features mountain views and have a big garden for your furry pets . This Luxury open plan cottage has high ceilings, with an upstairs bedroom with two 3/4 beds. This establishment offers luxury accommodation and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and modern living area with a gas fireplace. The entrance is private and has shaded parking for one vehicle . The unit has its own private garden with barbecue facilities Guests can admire views of the Golden Maluti Mountains. The town centre with its quaint shops, art galleries and restaurants is 5 minutes' walk from the cottage. Attractions in and around the Clarens area include the Basotho Cultural Village and the Clarens Village Square. We are 1.1Km away from Clarens Brewery and Darling Brewery and 750m from Xtreme Adventure. Our Cottage is also close to Clarens Village Conservancy to take your fur buddy for a walk. We are also 17 km away from Golden Gate Highlands National Park and 126 km from Afri Ski.

Clarens is a small town situated in the foothills of the Maluti Mountains in the Free State province of South Africa and nicknamed the "Jewel of the Eastern Free State". It was established in 1912 and named after the town of Clarens in Switzerland where exiled Paul Kruger spent his last days. Clarens is warm small town, that gives you a small village feeling and only has local restaurants and not any franchise restaurants to give it a more authentic feeling. On Saturdays we often have farmers markets and horse rides for the kids. We are closely located to Clarens Golf estate and 1.1Km away from Clarens Brewery and Darling Brewery and 750m from Xtreme Adventure. Our Cottage is also close to Clarens Village Conservancy to take your fur buddy for a walk. We are also 17 km away from the Golden Gate Highlands National Park and 126 km from Afri Ski
