Hi, we are the Settels family. Serge and I, Chantal, have (and still) travelled many years through South Africa and fell in love with the country and mostly, the wildlife. Of course this house is for the ultimate Bush-lover but also for the more active holiday-seeker. Within max 1,5 hrs drive: walking safari, mountainbike safari, game driving, microlight flights, tubing, canoeing, kloofing, hot air balloon flights, horsebackriding, ziplining and more. Umoja is also perfect for birders (in the garden!) as well as pensioner escaping the European cold weather (golf at 7 km) as well. Children of all ages are more than welcome, however, it is a nature reserve and for toddlers beware: we do have a private splash pool on the terrace.
