Your hosts Gene&Greg have aimed at creature comforts but yet kept this North/West facing Villa in full appreciation & respect of Nature. 'Timeless' runs off fully functional Solar as well as Eskom for back up. So there are no power-out situations. The Main Dwelling comprising of 3 bedrooms all en-suite. Two of these bdrooms lead out onto private undercover verandahs with seating, lagoon views & further onto the 200sqm wooden deck & Octagon swimming pool. Fitted with Queen Xtra Length beds, 400 thread bamboo & cotton bed linen, ceiling fans & en-suite bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom, also en-suite has 2x3/4 Xtralength beds. The Main Entrance GrndFlr - where you enter Timeless thru a Pivot glass & Aluminum double door you are welcomed by an Atrium & Lagoon views beyond . The 80sqm entertainment room is bespoke with Etimoe veneer & a stone granite bar- All leading onto the Grappa-wood terraced deck where you will want to enjoy the use of the Fireplace/Braai -hand-built & cladded with local stone & the Octagon pool set amongst Indigenous trees & Lagoon Views. Relax on this beautiful deck in spring/summer or autumn & watch the sunsets on recliners - soft lighting set into the wooden terraced stairs - Relaxing, Barbequeing or just sipping cocktails. The sofa in the Entertainment area is also a sleeper couch suitable for a 7th person between age 7-10yrs - 'At no extra charge' - if needed.
