The Cottage allows you to enjoy easy access to everything Cape Town has to offer and is perfectly located on a quiet street in the heart of Green Point village, a five minute walk to the stadium, Green Point Urban Park and Cushty, the great neighbourhood where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or lunch. Newly furnished throughout, the kitchen boasts all new appliances including dishwasher, air fryer and coffee machine. The dining table both in and out doors provides seating for 6 people.

The Cottage is within easy walking distance to the DHL Stadium, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, a grocery store, bottle store, Green Point Urban Park, The Promenade, Oranjezicht Farmers Market and The V&A Waterfront. 5 min drive to Bree Street and 10 minute drive to Kloof Street and the nearest beach. The neighbourhood is safe and the cottage is on a quiet side street.
