NO VISITORS WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. * No additional guests allowed to sleep over on the property including all of the accommodation options available at The Boshoff. Should any additional guests be found to have slept over on the property you will be fined at a premium rate of R600 per person per night. * No parties or functions are permitted. Each room/unit/cottage has its own outdoor/patio area designed to accommodate the occupants of that accommodation option. It is therefore restricted to the occupants of each unit, ie. occupants of different units are not permitted to congregate together as a group. * No loud noise. * No noise after 10pm and before 6am. * No music allowed to be played in car park or from car speakers. * The suite/room/cottage must be left in the same condition as you found it at the time of check in. If not left in the same condition, a cleaning fee will be charged at check out. * Check in is strictly between 2-6pm. Check in between 6-9pm is by prior arrangement of no less than 24 hours before check in and will incur a late check in fee of R250. No check in after 21h00 (no refunds issued). * Check out is no later than 10am.

The family managed guesthouse, garden cottage and suite offer a refuge of relaxation, peace and tranquility and genuine hospitality to visitors in need of a quiet getaway. It is the ideal home away from home for families or couples who want to enjoy all that Durban has to offer. The Boshoff, garden cottage and suite provide a unique blend of sophistication and simplicity in a comfortable, casual yet stylish atmosphere. The self-catering accommodation includes a free-standing house, with 3 bedrooms, 1 en-suite, as well as a fully fitted kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet and lounge, a 1 bedroom garden cottage and 1 bedroom suite both with a shower/toilet, fitted kitchenette and private patio. The property offers secure parking with automated gated entrance and alarm system. The Boshoff offers all of the features and facilities that visitors need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxed holiday or business trip. As responsible holiday home owners, we will do everything possible to ensure a pleasant stay for our guests and to maintain good relationships with neighbours. To that end right of admission to our property is reserved and house rules and T's & C's are enforced strictly.

It is the ideal home-away-from-home for families or for holidaymakers who want to relax in a quiet environment when they are not at the beach or sightseeing. The listing is conveniently located 1,9km from our local beaches, including Ansteys and Brighton Beach. These beaches add to the appeal for families who want to enjoy the sun, sea and surf and especially those with kids who will have lots of fun in the paddling pools and tidal pool. If Ushaka Marine World is a must see, it is about 15km from The Boshoff. The Bluff is halfway between Durban's CBD and Amanzimtoti. It offers guests 2 shopping malls with most of South Africa's popular chain stores including grocery and clothing stores.
