This garden apartment is set in the quiet and sunny suburb of Rexford in Knysna. There is parking alongside the house and a separate entrance down a short flight of stairs to this tranquil accommodation. Entrance is via 2 aluminium sliding doors, either to the bedroom or to the dining area and kitchen. There is a separate bathroom with toilet, shower, basin, and heated towel rail. The sitting area is comfortable having 2 large sofas and a TV with DSTV Extra view. The bedroom is sunny and bright and opens onto the deck - lovely for for evening drinks, overlooking the garden. A Weber braai is available for stay at home evenings. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a gas stove, pots and pans, and all cutlery and glasses. The floors are all either tiled or laminate wood. A really pleasant place to spend a few days in this beautiful town of Knysna!
My husband and I moved to Knysna about 7 years ago and love meeting new people. We really enjoy seeing people appreciating all that our town offers and can give quite a lot of advice on where to go and what to do if our guests require this. We are avid golfers and Rothesay is perfectly positioned between the Knysna Golf Course and the Pezula golf Resort. We also respect the privacy of our guests but are available most of the time for any requests as we live on the property.
Rexford is situated about 2 km from the iconic Knysna Heads, the view site from the top of the Heads, Leisure Isle and is just a 5-minute drive to the Knysna Waterfront and all that the town has to offer. The East Heads Cafe, 2 coffee shops on the Island, Blend Restaurant and Bosuns Pub are all within this 2km radius. In short, there is plenty to do that is close by, or one can venture out and explore. Don't miss an opportunity to experience all that Knysna and surrounds has to offer!
