NO LOADSHEDDING in the apartment block NOTE: The unit is on the first floor with one set op steps to climb! Perfect for the business executive due to continuous power supply and fast WiFi. It is close to all amenities with easy access to the N1 and R21 highways. Nearby places to note: * 5 minutes walk to Academia college. * Walking distance from Supersport park, * Centurion mall is only 3km away and it is only 2.5 km from the Gautrain station and 5 km to Unitas Hospital. * Some good coffee shops and restaurants are 5 minutes drive away. * Close to the academic hospitals.
I am a Software developer with a love for gardening, the outdoor and animals. Married to Ben who is a mathematics teacher. We have 5 four-legged fur kids who we spoil to bits. I started hosting in 2019 with one listing, but enjoyed welcoming guests from al over the world and now have 2 more to give me the opportunity to meet even more people. I stay close to the apartment and will be just a phone call / message away.
The complex is in a safe residential area with a few popular tea gardens and coffee shops walking distance away. The Supersport Park cricket stadium is 10 minutes walk away.
