LOADSHEDDING: The house has an inverter/battery backup to power up the home during electricity power outages. This three bedroom, well equipped and stylish home is set on the very popular Thesen Island in Knysna. There are three fantastic outdoor entertainment spaces with a modern built in BBQ and swimming pool. The kitchen is modern with a large island for preparing delicious meals. There is a good indoor/outdoor flow to the house. All the bedroom are en suite with shower and lead out onto a balcony for good air flow. The main bedroom also has a bath. The house has a remote jetty (mooring) a few steps from the house. Access to the water is very close to the house. A special holiday rental. Thesen is centrally situated and has a network of channels surrounding it. There is plenty to do on the island , tennis, squash, swimming, fishing, maze and children's play area. There is a private Beach with BBQ facilities and the children congregate here to play volley ball and soccer. Thesen Harbour town is within walking distance and has plenty of boutique shops and great restaurants. The famous Ilde Pain Bakery is also on The Island. NB: THE HOST WILL COLLECT A POST CLEANING FEE OF R1 250 DIRECTLY FROM THE GUEST.

Thesen Island has 24 hour access control and there are security cameras all over the island making this an very safe place to stay. The island is very centrally situated in Knysna which makes it the perfect location. Activities: Mountain biking, walking, trail running, Indigenous forest, Zipline, Sandboarding, Boating, Ferry, Kayak, Sup, Golf, Biird Watching, Tours, Book a tour with local tourist guide. Visit Craft shops, Tast local Beer and gin, Spend a day on the Beach, Learn to Surf, Snorkel in the rock pools, Beach walk from Brenton to Buffalo Bay, Walk in Steenbok Park, Visit the Elephant Park, Knysna Waterfront, Art galleries, Art lessons, Local markets, The Farm, Simola (kids cycle track) Knysna Scootours in the forest, Jubilee Creek in the millwood forest take a 3.6 km walk to the swimming hole and waterfall. Drive the 7 passes.
