In the vibrant suburb of Observatory, this newly furnished, one bedroom apartment is located in a secure 24 hour manned building. Fully equipped and perfect for the solo traveller, couples and families of four, providing a convenient base to explore Cape Town and all it has to offer. Centrally located to all Cape Town tourist atrractions, the University of Cape Town and Groote Schuur hospital. The property includes the following: Queen, extra length bed and a queen, extra length sleeper couch. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and Nespresso machine. A washing machine and clothes horse. A safe for personal belongings. Dedicated basement parking bay. Spacious balcony with bar seating on third floor. 32 inch smart TV with Netflix High speed 2.4 g / 5g fibre (100Mbps) backed up by a UPS so operational during load-shedding. 24 hour security at entrance to the building. Gym available on ground floor. 10 minute Uber drive from Cape Town city centre and V&A Waterfront. 5 minute walking distance from fast food restaurants, shopping centre, pharmacy and a 24 hour Woolworths food.
