A safe & tastefully furnished space, providing a perfect balance of home comforts & simplicity for a holiday or business stay. The apartment is also equipped with back-up power and is therefore mostly protected from electricity black-outs / load-shedding. Pinelands is a centrally located suburb in Cape Town with easy access to the N1 & N2. 20min from Cape Town International Airport, 15min from the city centre, beaches & the V&A Waterfront, & 10min from UCT & Table Mountain. The studio is close to Old Mutual & Vincent Palotti hospital and walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy & park.
