The apartment is secure (locked gates, 24 hour panic response, street guard and alarm system) and private, located on the first floor of a residential property. A solar power system is installed in order to eliminate the impact of load shedding, supported by a power generator (in extreme events). The property also has it's own non-potable water supply facilities for use when municipal water supply is restricted.
We stay on the property and enjoy hosting people whilst valuing their privacy.
Some would describe Melville as "bohemian" with many restaurants and the like, hence attracting many tourists. Most residents describe Melville as a suburban village conveniently close to all needed amenities, businesses and Universities.
