Offering garden views, Fairview Guesthouse is an accommodation located in Ballito, 400 metres from Sheffield Beach and 1.4 km from Salt Rock Beach. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The guest house provides guests with a balcony, sea views, a seating area, satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven and a microwave, and a private bathroom with shower and a hair dryer. The units are equipped with a safety deposit box, while certain rooms here will provide you with a terrace and others also provide guests with pool views. At the guest house, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Guests at the guest house will be able to enjoy activities in and around Ballito, like fishing, canoeing and hiking. Guests can swim in the pool with a view, go snorkelling or cycling or relax in the garden. Umhlanga Lighthouse is 35 km from Fairview Guesthouse, while Umhlali Country Club is 8.9 km away. Fairview Guesthouse offers self-catering accommodation with exquisite views of the beautiful Dolphin Coast, situated in Salt Rock, 10 km north of Ballito, 20 minutes’ drive from King Shaka International Airport. We are NOT affected by load shedding but still have a back generator for any ESKOM issues. Transport is recommended however one can walk to nearby amenities or catch an Uber. Wake up to sound of the Indian Ocean breaking onto our sandy beaches. Savor the golden sunrises and swim in our mild Indian Ocean waters, even in winter. Our Guesthouse is ideally situated for dolphin watching all year round and whale watching from August to October. We offer three options, all with excellent sea views, with easy beach access 280 meters walking distance. We offer safe, gated parking. Wi-Fi, DSTV (hospitality bouquet) Netflix and electronic safes available in each unit for storing valuables. We are equipped with a back-up generator and water supply for any outages plus all water on the property is filtered and UV treated. We are not wheelchair friendly as the Guesthouse has numerous flights of stairs. Neither are we pet friendly. Own transport is recommended, however there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. We can serve you in English or Afrikaans.
The best attractions of the neighbourhood are the exceptional sea views, and tranquil beaches and relaxing amenities close by.
