Situated at the banks of the Bot River and offering views of the distant mountains, Endless Vineyards at Wildekrans Wine Estate features self-catering cottages with terrace on a working wine farm. A pool is available on site. The spacious cottages come with a fully equipped kitchen, seating and dining area, and a bathroom with bath and shower. All are equipped with a satellite flat-screen TV. Guests can unwind in the outdoor pool. Endless Vineyards offers wine tastings and cellar tours and also has business and banquet facilities. Wildekrans offers warm hospitality, self catering country accommodation, friendly, attentive service and the finest in food and wines. Among its many features are breath-taking views and a tranquil atmosphere. Situated just over 70km from Cape Town International Airport and 30km from Hermanus, Wildekrans is the ideal base for exploring the picturesque Overberg region and the many attractions of the neighbouring towns. For those wanting a complete escape, there’s as much, or as little to do on the estate as you please, without having to venture out at all. Accommodation consists of 9 self catering country cottages (8 x 2 bedroom and 1 x 3 bedroom) situated between a vineyard and a plum orchard on the banks of the Botrivier with the most beautiful mountain views. It is here that guests can enjoy some quality time with friends and family. Our destination restaurant for a country gourmet experience is a ‘go-to’ for special occasions, beautiful food, and relaxed family dining. The accommodation was originally farm worker’s houses, which were refurbished and tastefully decorated to a country theme. A warm, cosy, farm cottage look and feel. All are well equipped, and guests have the option to self-cater, if they didn’t want to take meals in the on-site restaurant (please check restaurant opening hours). With a full kitchen that includes a microwave, kettle, fridge, you don’t have to bring anything along. Each cottage also has a stoep, which overlooks the vineyards and the mountain, so early morning coffee or late afternoon wine, from the estate of course, is encouraged. Take in the picturesque vista, while letting the natural surroundings heighten every one of your senses.
The lodge is ideally situated between the leafy scenery of Botriver and the sunny beaches of Hermanus, on one of the premier tourist routes in the Western Cape. The farm in itself is a destination like no other. Only a scenic, 1 hour drive from the Cape Town International Airport, the Wildekrans Wine Estate is located on rolling hills overlooking Walker Bay. The Estate was originally a mixed farming operation but today produces some of the finest wines not just in South Africa but the world over and is also the home of Endless Vineyards Boutique Lodge.
