The Property includes four independent, secure and private Luxury Rooms - ideal for Tourists, Business Clients and individuals that just wants to Unwind for a good night rest. The rooms includes secure undercover parking with an easy self check-in process. All Rooms are equipped with Free Wifi, Tv with Open View, Fridge, Coffee, Office Desk and everything else for a warm and cozy stay. Each room has got a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The rooms are easily accessible from the N1 Highway located in a quiet area. Waverley Plaza is 800m from the house The rooms are not part of the house and has it own secure entrance with a lock-box for self-check in. The room provides everything you need to unwind and have a good nights rest for the following day. Each room contains basic amenities, WiFi and a working desk. Please note that same day bookings end at 22H00

The Moot Area is one of the older communities of Pretoria and the people living there are friendly, quiet and supportive. The Waverly Plaza is about 800 meters from the house with restaurants and take-aways including: - Cuppachino's - Wimpy - Ocean Basket - Mimmo's - Mc Donalds - Checkers The N1 Highways is easy accessible from the house and will take about 10min in high traffic. Koedoespoort train station about 800m from the house There will be a dedicated person available on the premises for any technical assistance or questions you might have. At arrival, you will be provided with an access code to the main gate and the lockbox containing the key to your room.
