Travel advisory: As you veer off from the R61 onto the route to Buccara Wildlife Reserve, anticipate a 10km gravel road ahead. We suggest opting for a vehicle with medium clearance for this journey. For guests lodging at the Willowslopes cottages and house, we recommend a vehicle with medium to high clearance, especially since this road crosses through the reserve and riverine areas.
