A lovely newly renovated home overlooking 3rd Beach, Clifton. This beach house is ideal for a group of people, a family with kids or an adventurous individual. A short walk from the beach, into the main entrance, past an outdoor shower area, brings you to a spacious open plan dining and lounge area, with a wrap around deck. The views are truly incredible. The kitchen is fully equipped and has sliding doors which opens on to the deck, where you can enjoy a early morning coffee or a late afternoon glass of wine. The upstairs main bedroom are equipped with a queen size bed, small couch and an en-suite bathroom. This room has an impeccable view of the ocean. The two downstairs guest bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms and are both equipped with king size beds to ensure comfort at all times. All three consists of modern and calming interiors. Although the beach is just a few steps away, it is always nice to have a pool to your advantage, as it is private and you can appreciate all the breathtakingly beautiful views around you.

We have a cleaning lady who will come and clean the house twice a week - more frequent cleaning can be arranged. If requested, management will stock up the fridge and provide you with a starter pack according to your needs, before arrival. There is 24 hour security that monitors all activity around the house, on the road and down on the beach. These guys are super efficient, friendly and happy to help at all times. **IMPORTANT NOTE**: Cape Town (and South Africa) is in the depths of a severe drought. Please be cautious and conservative with water usage.
